The Allen gang will be there. Can't wait to meet some folks. Four of us at the time of post. (The oldest may decline but I would like to reserve a seat just in case.)

Ranier.

Welcome.  Look forward to meeting you and the fam.

Is there any specific place everyone is going to be camping?

Just a single day ride so a lot of folks will make it a day trip.  I know a few that will want to camp on the mountain, even if it's 20 degrees.

We'll grab a hotel room for Sat night so I can have a beer  or 2.   ;D

Wow, we already have 34 for dinner!  We've discussed a few restaurants, but now I think it is coming down to who can accommodate us.

We will leave Helen shortly after 9am, so I'm hoping we can return before the dinner crowd hits.

I'll see about calling around and see who can accommodate a group like ours.

If anyone knows of a place in downtown Helen that accommodates large groups, and has been part of a large group, please let me know through PM.

Maybe if time permits, we can hit Bell Mtn in the afternoon for sunset, or close to sunset? Either way this sounds like a blast!

I like the idea, and had thought about that, but looks like we will have a large group that will be difficult on Bell in the dark, and we need to be in Helen before it gets that late, so we will hit Bell earlier.

Maybe it will snow.   :o

The only place big enough to handle this size group is the place right at the river on your left when coming in. Can't recall the name though.
I've grown tired of this.

I'd be up for this.  I'm not a big fan of crowds, so If anyone else prefers to ride up Bell I'd tag along.
