Nobody take me the wrong way... I am only asking... First off. I am joing CORE no matter what your answers are! I really enjoy wheeling with y'all. my 2 questins are:

1) I just joined in October on this year, 2 months ago, do I need to re-join again in January?

2) The fee went up from $25 to $30? (The GATR home page still says $25)

Like I said, don't take these wrong, I am in regardless.

Thanks AJ!  We should have addressed this as well.

If you joined late in 2012,

you can pay HALF or $15 for 2013 if you don't want the GATR SWAG,

or you can pay $30 and get the GATR SWAG. 

We will fix the home page and other landing pages ASAP.  Holidays are nuts!

I don't know but IMHO, driver skill should be definately the biggest consideration here. I really don't want to sound like im tooting my own horn here, but I think of myself as a DAMN good driver. Running 33s and open / open and holding my own all day, the level of build is only a fraction of it all. But again, thats just my oppinion.

Having read this, I realized I made myself sound like a little baby trying to say "pick me pick me!!" So I want to clarify a bit in saying that the club is goign to do what the club wants, and I don't really think my $0.02 is going to make much of a difference when it comes right down to it anyway. I was more or less just curious as to how one makes a decision such as this, and really asside from putting an "X" next to your name, what else is invloved? I'm all down for some dudes having additional roles in the club, as it kinda spreads out the payload of the responsibility, if that's what this X thing is all about.

Well i like the fact that u guys are very patient with me and my wheeling.  im still learning, and its nice that u guys take the time to not talk down to me, but help me.  I know im not tricked out or
have super gears or diff's or lockers..  well i do have front lockers.. but...  3.21 gears, well.  i got to be really skilled to work with this.  and you guys do take time, even help me from doing
stupid stuff.  even if i have made some bad decisions, ur still there to trying to school me.. 

one thing i really really like about this group, everyone wants to help, no matter what kind of rig i have, i dont feel like im less cause i have a less mod rig.  which im glad.   but..  i am getting the 1.75 budget
boost, cause im sick of being so short nxt to all u guys.  lol    </LMAO/>

This will be interesting how things will play either way I am still gonna be apart of the group I like what it stands for and enjoy the times that I have when wheeling with the group. I enjoy the sport.

Everything as far as the club and Core have stayed the same. We want to encourage our members to get more experience, join more rides, and be as active in the club as possible. X is for the most experienced members to go on a few rides that others probably will not be interested in (for example Moab).  

Our 2013 schedule looks pretty awesome so far! Can't wait for the Jan ride personally!!  {cheers2}

Exactly. We are not taking away from CORE at all to provide the CORE X experience. This is just adding more to what we already offer. This club is active and offers lots of rides for ever skill level, this is what makes us stand apart from the others. We want people to get the most out of their experience regardless of how you enjoy the sport.

I agree.  i know for a fact that ppl like me, can hold ppl like Kirk or Doug or others from doing harder runs, and as much as i enjoy them helping me on the intermediate and maybe semi-hard stuff, its not
challenging for them, and they, just like me need to test their skills on much harder runs.  I see this a good for them, to keep the skill in the club, else they will go someplace else and who will lose..  ME
cause they wont be here to school me .. 

if you look at the cal. its only a few runs, in the over all idea its not much, so i think its  a good idea to try and keep our more skilled riders in the club and helping ppl like me.   {popcorn}
