Headed to INDIAN SPRINGS STATE PARK
« on: April 08, 2013, 06:09:56 AM »
Anyone know of any trials i could take wife on around this area, nothing to scary.   we are camping the 20th and 21st with a group and since we dont bike, just wondered if anyone knew of any rides close by that we could venture to.

I think its close to FLOVILLA, GEORGIA.

can someone move this to the general forms, i did not mean to post it in members only.  sorry.

If you drive south from Flovila on 87, then turn left on 83 and then take left into the Oconee national forest after you cross the Ockmulgee there is alot of trail riding there, stay close to the river on your left, heading North of FS roads.  Otherwise you get into paved roads quickly.    Indian Springs is nice I've been there alot.

well found some stuff, not sure  but i saw trails leading off some of the hwy ways.   outside the park.  they were ok, nothing to write home about, but .  hay, jeeps just seem to drive a hell of a lot better Off road , than on road.  IMO.   {cheers2}
