It was great to be able to jog without groin muscle pain.

Just now getting back into high gear after being sick for a couple of week.

Got a free month out my gym from taking a 12 pound medicine ball off the ceiling.  About 15 feet or higher. Manager gave me the challenge. Easy stuff

I had to get real honest about the crap I was eating and now the weight is starting to move down again.

Jiu-jitsu/Weights/Cardio/Judo for the win.

It's amazing what a difference it can make by changing your eating habits or even the types of food. Even just a small change can have huge effects, it's crazy and aggravating sometimes!

I'm finally down to 213 and it has been a slow, slow process. I think I'm averaging 1 to 1.5 pounds a week. It was about 5 years ago that I only weighed 213 and its been about 23 years since I was below 200 pounds. So I just need to lose another 14 pounds.......

I was 255 or so when I graduated last year and now I'm right around 220. Feel better overall and none of my clothes right anymore. My asthma has gotten better too and the pollen didn't bother me either. Ate less and are better for the most part, some exercise too.
