Yes, that's the one.  I've been on rides with other JK owners and seen their's break, but I never had an issue.  Just seemed like one of those parts no to leave to chance.

Left Moab @ 5:30am, stopped for the night in Elk City, OK.  Tornado(s) reported ahead, so going no further tonight.  1000 miles to go.

Thursday I visited Arches NP and hiked to Delicate Arch, 1.5  miles each way.  Nice to get some exercise before the long ride home.

3 or 4 tornadoes on the ground a bit ago in Oklahoma City.

We are about 125 miles out

I40 and I35 closed now.

We are detouring South to Dallas.

We decided to go home via I-70 early this morning. We are stopped in Saline Kansas for the night, far away from the tornados.

Been watching the local weather this evening.  Appears that from where I am going south via Wichita Falls to Dallas will add only 100 miles, so I'll likely do that tomorrow.
