He should ask more for it. $15k at least. Although mine was cleaner and way more street friendly. Dual purpose vs single purpose.

That's my parents home town.
Oneida Tn where that jeep is I think it still $4 to go to the movies on a Friday night.
Almost everything is cheap up there.
Nothing but coal mines, lumber, dirt track racing and moonshine.
