Well I think I have found what caused some of my problem Saturday( will get pics later. When I started up the trail behind Bobby only my front locker would engage and pull,the rear would spin one tire. Not until I backed up some would the rear engage but only till I got on it hard then one tire would spin so all I had pulling was the front axle,like being in 2wd. When installing one of these Aussie lockers the directions tell you to re use your thrust washers that are behind the spider gears which creates a limited amount of room for the two halves of the locker to slip when making turns. For some reason the thrust washers (both of them) are chewed up and laying in the diff cover leaving to much space between the locker halves. I have set up and built a ton of over the road truck and racecar rearends thru the years and I've never seen just the thrust washers come out like this. Good news is I have a Dana 44 with disc brakes laying in the shop floor that was going in this winter when I put the 360 in. I'm calling pull a part in the morning and go get a hood and windsheild frame also
