Had a blast at the park,  I personally didnt get to ride enough but thats what happens when you show up late as He11.  Everyone at GATR is really great and im so happy to be a part of this club.  Cant wait for windrock      .  Sadly I to had some carnage,  My clutch gave out just as I was pulling into the house. Getting it up to the local shop and hopefully it won't hurt my pocketbook too much.  Thanks again for setting up this event guys.  Wish I had any pics to share at all.  I did finally conquer Pallmetto Crossing from start to finish.   //SLAMIN// //SLAMIN// //SLAMIN//

I believe the trail you are talking about was palmetto, but I think the actual rock section of the trail has a different name. But we did #9 as well, then another hill climb called studs and skirts. That was were tony lost reverse and the pic above in the v ditch is where that was.

And, I do have carnage. Driver rear shock is toast. Bent it into the spring perch and it is hardly cycling now. Sub is down waiting on a carb so driving a jeep with one good rear shock is a blast  //://

I wonder if tony ever figured out why he was unable to get into reverse?  I hope its not serious.  

I haven't been able to figure anything out.  My interweb research tells me it may be the reverse gear clutches, but who knows.  It is going to a trans specialist tomorrow for a diagnosis.  We'll see what comes of that...

Maybe it was #9 I'm thinking of as it was the one before Todd broke his joint which I believe would have been on studs and skirts if I'm following correctly.  Regardless glad I went on the night ride, thanks again!

Great ride Saturday Ben.  Thanks for leading a fun ride.  Both night rides were a blast too.  Do you know the name of the trail from Saturday night ride where you were spotting through the large rocks?  Seemed pretty crazy would have liked to seen it in the day light.

Palmetto Crossing maybe

No pretty sure I remember that one from the day ride.  I remember a pretty deep v notch and then climbing through some big rock and going up a hill.  Guess that could describe a lot of trails there.

In the day time that was the one that got me stuck and I had to winch out.
