Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!  I'm working this week...errr, I'm in the office the first part of this week.

Tony, do you order in your Turduken from far away, get it from a local butcher, or put it together yourself?

Tuscan dinner with friends at Maggiano's is my plan.  Not cooking this year!

I order it about 3 weeks in advance from the Cajun Meat Company in Marietta.  If you don't order ahead of time they only have frozen ones, with my pre-order I am guaranteed  a fresh one!

Someday I will eat a turducken...maybe next year I will follow your lead.

Just learned something. I think I will stick to deep frying regular ones.
