I just e-mailed them. I'm running 3.07, told them that, and am hoping they're ok with that. I'm planning on upgrading but if I can get a better gear ratio AND lockers in the mean time for free?! Why not. We'll see what they say.

3.07s are awful.  Great if he is willing to trade as it is a great deal for you.  4.56s will be a huge change.

Ben wheeled a 30/35 combo for many years.  I would swap a standard 44 for a built 35 to get the upgrade to gears and the front and rear arb's.

If and only if I had an idea of max 33s and finesse wheeling style.  The lockers and gears will make a huge difference.

You can do this swap in a day in a drive way side by side.

I figured you could swap them, sell them, and have cash to build a new axle. You can sell that built 35, someone is gonna want it.

Yea I could do the swap myself but he wants a shop to do it so that's another $350 ish I'd have to pay someone to do something I can do. I think ill stick with the combo I have...

The idea was to do it myself. I haven't heard back from him. Also, I was going to sell the built combo as cash for upgrading at least the rear but probably the front too. We'll see if he gets back to me.
