How bout some slow cooker pork shoulder!

Just rub your favorite rub upon the outside.

Wrap it up and toss in the fridge.

Take it out the next day.

Put it in your wifes crockpot on low for 10 hours. Dont add anything, no liquids needed.

Drain fluid off.

Pull it apart, apply mustard/vinegar based sauce or nothing, and eat.
