As for carnage I bent my new massive tie rod slightly, bent a tie rod end majorly, and the JKU steering felt like it was wandering a lot on the drive home.  Probably took my worn ball joints over the edge.  Seems like I now have toe out instead of toe in even though the tie rod bent inwards.  Have to measure that better tomorrow.  Wasn't even on an obstacle, hit that stump in the open space in front of trail 16.

Definantly used the new skid, has some lines on it.  OEM armor took a beating, as did ace rails.

Seems like tie rods are the bigger winner for that place. I'm sure if I hadn't bypassed a few of the trails, I'd have bent mine.

AllSouth has a solution for that.   I got it, and love it.

I was not sure if he did or not, if he has the AllSouth one then I would not worry about it, that tie rod is a Beast!

Ya Kent, I bent the Ruff Stuff Allsouth fabricated tie rod.  Its only slightly bent, so it probably can go as is or be straightened.  Really the TRE is what bent the most, and that can be directly replaced.

I bent my Currie TR (I would not have noticed until Will pointed it out)...gonna have to straighten out that frown with my floor jack.  Busted the drivers side axle seal and now it is clutch replacement time...yay!  Jeep is going to be apart soon for a good cleaning and once over before windrock!

Dang.  Hate to hear that Jonathan.  JK's are heavy and easily bend stuff.  Do you know how to replace TRE's and set the tie rod and steering wheel?  It's a real easy drive way job with a few wrenches, a hammer and a torque wrench.

I had my tie rod bent way back into the diff on a rock this weekend, and whoever was spotting me was freaking, can't remember who it was.  I told him don't worry, it's aluminum and it will bounce back, and he couldn't believe it.

I destroyed the stabilizer and am going to upgrade and high mount the FOX as soon as they align the Tahoe.  Just picked up the van.  I rotate all my vehicles through Allsouth.

Lets see, my carnage went as follows:
Rocker scars
Mangled front axle arm mounts (hung down too low anyways)
Pinched frame side front arm mount bushing between mount
Broke off zerk fitting on rear arm
Rear pinion seal is gone
Rear bumper nicked from backing into a tree (oops)
Really need to notch frame and push bumper forward about 1/8" for front tire clearance as they are rubbing
Rear driveshaft is rubbing on evap skid at full flex (may have caused rear pinion seal failure)
Broke plastic tag bracket by backing into another tree (I see a pattern here, don't get behind me)
