I know the creek crossing and hill climb you are talking about Clark. That's the trail Bobby and I lead two years ago. Pretty fun...until you run it 15 times in a day

Didn't do any trails, but got a great deal on some truck lite LEDs, can't wait to swap these out, other than that it was way too hot to stay for too long

Two big problems I saw that could be easily rectified:  planning/management of activities (who's on first) and rig requirements enforcement. 

The owner of the land said he considered opening sections of the land (fields) for each club to have access to use for camping/meeting, but suggested bathroom and shower access would be a problem. The bathroom issue can be solved with a port-a-Jon.  He said he did a bike ride across Georgia once where they had portable showers, so that could possibly be an option.  With the heat and the bugs (bug spray), I think a shower is a must.

Nothing is going to change and the land owner has nothing to do with it. It is being run the way it's run because the sheriffs department is in charge. I have asked several times if they wanted us as a 4 wheeling club to help organize and rate trails. Hints the reason a lot of weren't there

How much?  I have been considering those as well but don't want to fork out 375 and then another 40 for the flicker suppression thingys.

Buy some housings and just use H4 LED lamps. I like mine a lot.

whats the deal with all the carnage?  Is it just basic math of that many jeeps being out and a small percentage breaking?
