Good update. Hard situation with them it seems.
Yeah, I definitely don't want them to think I am just trying to get another free windshield but it is faulty so... definitely tricky. But I know if it was my company I would send another one. That is just proper business and it shows they definitely stand behind their products. Customer service is the biggest killer nowadays especially with the social media presence. One post and a company can be trashed. But I am just in a holding pattern now.
