Just spoke with Mike to ask if cabins would be unlocked etc....  He said that trail 45 (a blue on the map) which is the entrance from Putney side is a red trail under current conditions but the rest of the park was really good.  Rains had come through but its drying out.  They had smoothed out alot of the main roads very recently and are looking for us to pack it down as we get on them. 

We can explore in the new part of the park but they cannot publish a map at this time due to the bond not being released.
