I am replacing the dash shift linkage bushing and putting my armor back on after the drive shaft install.

Check that winch and controller still works!
Torque check
Reorg the tools and recovery equipment and straps
Find a way to pack my spare axle shafts and secure them
Check my tarp I got to cover the Jeep at night with doors off
Mounting new refillable BC fire extinguisher - experiment with handy places to locate it
Getting the food for packout
Water cooler for during the day
Pack the kids for their stay at Grandma's
Paper plates, TP, utensils grill, propane
Dust off the guitar
Getting Wendy to pack minimal clothing
No issues with condoms

EDIT:  can't forget the Deep Woods OFF

Well, i feel like i just got deliverenced at work... We have a board meeting next week in Toronto and I thought I was able to keep from getting dragged into it but, while I don't have to go to Toronto, my Thursday is now probably being spent at the office.  Damnit. Damnit. Damnit.

Can you get a hotel room on Thursday, close to Harlan (but where you have reliable high speed internet and cell service, and then as soon as you are done you head on in to Harlan?  Just sucks to be held back in ATL only to be on a call.

Do we have service out there? I'm assuming it can't be the best in the world but I can be wrong.  I have both Verizon and AT&T devices for redundancy as well but thanks Kent!

I'm probably looking at being completely packed, going into work Thursday and then then picking up the Jeep from AllSouth on the way out of town as soon as I can get out of the office.  Could be 10am could be 5pm I'm trying to figure it out.

You guys leaving from Buford/85 area - what route are you taking?  Looks like there are two routes you can do parts of either up 85->26ish or 985->441->40w, etc.

yes, I plan on leaving from the buford I85 area regardless.   hope to be ready I think we where going to try for like 2pm..  not sure the exact time, I am following Jonathan, i should know exact times come Wed. depends on how hard Danny can crack the whip.  lol

I will still head back over to allsouth reguardless ...  , going to bring the tech's some donuts , those guys work hard....

well, my donuts cant hold up to your brisket..  ..  Drink, I have seen Danny and the guys drink just about anything that they can open, but im going to stop at the walmart just before we arrive, to stock up on beer/ice/supplies, .. i hate hauling stuff all that way..

Got my CO2 tank refill this week.  Seems Smith Welding has been bought by Airgas, and 20# tank is now $28, up from 20 a year ago.
