What's the word from the trails?  How are the conditions?

My weekend was shortish.  Start of Friday Clark and I start a familiarization "tour" and see trail 4.  Up we go.  About 1/3 of the way Clark breaks a driveshaft u-joint.  After on-trail repair he backs down and returns to camp to find the crossmember of his rear upper arms has broken.

I hook up with some of my other groups and do some good trails, including 5 and 8.  At the end of the day I feel my brakes are soft, and it's soon pointed out that my rear pass. brake caliper is hanging off the rotor.  The mount's weld has broken.  Trail repair is to remove the caliper and use a vise grip to clamp the broken brake line to the wheel well.  I decide to call it a day.  Eventual repair is simple, and this time it didn't break the shock like the other side did when it broke last year.

This morning I refill brake fluid and set out with the group.  First stop is 'Honey Bee', a short entry to a nasty couple of rocks.  Danny, who had earlier said he was going to "take it easy", dives in.  Pic below is evidence that he just wanted to show off his new shiny control arms.

Before moving on I see my engine is overheating, so I return to camp to refill radiator.  I find that rear radiator hose has detached draining all the coolant.  After re-attaching, motor doesn't sound right.  Tim hooks up his scanner and diagnoses possible cracked head.  So back on the trailer to head home.  Once here I find rear diff is leaking as well.

Weather was nice and trails good for the time I was there.  A great park even if it's a bit far.

This place never disappoints! The trails are technical and there's rock/boulders everywhere!
There wasn't much carnage, but I did get some pretty decent rock rash on honey bee

Layed all of the weight on the front ds fender at the door. It actually pushed the fender in so far it was hitting the steering shaft.
