yeah I am getting red X's below everyone's user name... some are 3 X's some are 4

Thats more helpful. The graphics might be missing for the users. I use firefox and only see asteriks*

Ok, I got one for you Matt.

How about figuring out how to resize the avatars so that they aren't too wide and you have to scroll to see the whole picture.

EDIT: Just noticed that most of the avatars are fixed. You are good Matt, I'll give ya that.
