We have a new plan this year that includes an Health Savings Account (HSA). It's like a 401k, the company will match the first $400, the money we put in comes out before taxes, earns interest, rolls over year to year and we can use it to either pay medical bills or save it and it out at retirement.

FSA pro tip- you automatically get the full amount up front. You still have access to all if you leave the company. (At least with ours)

Yeah my FSA never rolled over before and I've never
left money in it either.....easy to plan out when your
an old man.....
