As mouth watering as a filet is from a high end restaurant I can't justify the cost. Best one I ever ate was in savannah on river street at some high end place and it was incredible. But when I got the bill I was less enchanted. My venison backstraps are just as good if not better than the filets you buy at restaurants. Soaked in teriyaki sauce for 24hrs, then add garlic, onion rub and brown sugar coating and bake... Heaven and melt in your mouth. Hunting is sooo worth it. //;D//
