Happy Thanksgiving!
We're having "Boliche" which is a Cuban style pot roast, rice n beans, plantains and some turkey. It already smells awesome!

That sounds awesome!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I get to have mine this weekend when I get home. Hopefully there will still be some turkey and stuffing left. :)

We both are.

The food sounds delicious but a Cuban cigar would be great for desert.

Step 1:  turkey brine chilling outside. We just have a small bone in turkey breast. 20 degrees and and snowing but the Egg will be fired up for the occasion!

What a great time at my house.
