So the park website says $30 for the weekend rate but didn't I see somewhere that now that it is private rental only now the weekend rate is $40?

I spent two hours trying to get my door open, I failed.  So, if you see me crawling out of the driver side window, (I'm Practicing for nascar)or out the passenger door,  this is not something I normally do.
  Great way to make a first impression.
Plan on leave by Atlanta around 12-1.
Is it obvious where to set up camp?

Yes, anywhere you like. It's a parking lot/  camping area.

Finding your camping spot will be easy.

Keep an eye out for the turn off of Hwy 9 onto Henry Davis Road (the road the park and entrance is off of) though. I drove right past it last time.
