Fairfield or Hilton garden so far
I stayed at the Indian-owned motel in Heflin, and it's above average as such places go. The owner is a wheeler.

Crap.. i called and got a hotel last night.. I cant do Friday ride, wont be arriving till later in the day, and we dont like the crowds. Theres always Hale, but there are not really any close hotels. Im down for wherever, already had the weekend off.
The guy that owns the hotel is east Indian. He's about 4 foot tall. He also runs a gas station at the 199 exit on 20.
