They make steel braided arb lines.

Yeah, I'll likely switch to that. I have steel up front now.

The "problem" is that if that line breaks, you supposedly can't fix it like you did for the blue line.
Heck of a trip. Wish it would have been more dry, but it wasn't too bad.

First off, trailering will change your life. Big thanks to Kevin for loaning me his trailer. I'll work towards getting my own and get it all set up to basically grab clothes and go.

Great day Saturday and a solid night ride (Patrick talked me into it after I already aired up). Aired back down and glad I did. We hit a good bit of the park.

Hmm...trailering and airing up don't go together...maybe it is an old habit that you need to break.  If you're going to run on the road when you get home, air up at home.

I air up before loading most times.  Makes the Jeep feel more stable on the trailer.

Interesting...are you telling me you can tell the difference in the tow vehicle, while towing, if your Jeep tires are aired down?  I get the theory...I don't know that I've ever noticed the difference.

I never reconnect or air up before the ride home. Other than seeing the jeep move a little more I can't tell a difference

Fits between the fenders better aired up with it the bulge and less likely to get cut too

I was surprised at that extremely positive review, considering the negotiating strategy we planned while at Hale.

had to bail out Saturday morning and cmon home, late friday evening my fan got into the shroud and overheated. tore the plastic outta the way and kept wheeling before i knew what had actually caused it. Checked it Saturday morning when we got to the parking lot and realized all 3 of the bolts on the driver side had worked loose and 2 of them had sheared off at the block, letting the motor and drivetrain shift, causing the fan to destroy the shroud. I had already hooked up the trailer and was planning to head out Saturday afternoon, so i just went ahead and loaded the LJ and headed out... Just couldnt force myself to take the time to fix it in a parking lot and it 90* out. It will involve pulling the motor more than likely, sucks because it was avoidable with a simple check before heading out, i just missed it.

Other than that, had a blast. and yes the Chiggars were horrible, im probly bit 50 or so times.
