Looks like a great time was had by all.  I'm very happy you guys weren't affected by the event they had going on.

@raisinhead did you have damage on the l/r rocker? The last of that video it looks like the rocker is bent out.

I got another driveshaft. Story of my life.

I had a rear upper Rock Krawler joint came apart and messed up the rubber race inside. I was able to take it apart and clean it and kept wheeling but I will need to rebuild with new parts

Also I guess Friday I got into a rock and it hit just above the slider and put a small dent in the body. Time for rocker skins. I did get luck it was real close to the door jamb.

Wonder if that happened on the 2nd set of ledges where you turn hard right into the ledge beside the tree..  I couldn't get up that Thursday so I didn't try it Friday, but something got me in the same spot and I thought it was there there, but mine is a hard paint scratch on the armor in that spot.
On which trail?

One other note - I am changing up my rear straps to cross in the rear.  I stopped to get diesel south of Knoxville and when turning cut it a little too sharp and jumped a rounded curb.  It bounce the trailer a bit and the Jeep rear shifted over quite a bit.  The rear passenger was about 1/6 still on the trailer.  I usually run the rear straps straight from the rear to the axle.  That did not stop the side to side movement enough with the wider axles already pushing out far.  I had to reload the Jeep and unfortunately while unloading it by myself the tire slipped off and smashed my rear tailight so I'll have to fix that.  Anyway, long story short, glad it didn't fall off while moving and I'll be criss-crossing the rear straps to provide more resistance to lateral movement.  I recommend the folks like @jc79 who do the same I do to also cross in the rear.  It doesn't take anymore time or effort to do so.  May also accelerate my plans for the wider drive over fender trailer as well since it has a wider platform that would have helped.

Sorry you had trouble. If the straps were as tight as I pull them, I don't know how your rig shifted. I have never had that happen but sounds like it sucked.

I'm still a believer in straight straps because if you cross and one fails, knowing it shouldn't, but if one fails the rig can shift a lot as the other strap will become very slack and allow a lot of shifting.  Ideally we would have both I guess.

I need straps with safety latches. @tjsahara is that sale still on?

I need an old 7.3 like Kirks. Nice truck.
