Hah. With Dynatrac I'm sure it'll still take 2-3mo to get them.

Rather than 2-3 months get it setup right.

Sorry, I'm just trolling, couldn't resist.  :)

Guess I'm considered a troll on this but not trying to be:

Just don't see how that's a good deal. My axles that are on my build are close to 15k. Even less if you take my ram out and the mount. That's bolt in ready with truss, mounts, brakes, and I have front and rear 300m not to mention it probably even weighs less. That also includes the stronger drop out which has greater teeth contact with 1480 billet yokes.

Even without the some of the fancy stuff I'm sure you could get it cheaper. So to answer the next question, you can have the tubes cut to any length to run any off the shelf axle.

Not a troll...a great data point.  I really like the third member design, and 300m shafts.  How much would they cost without sponsorship?

Not a lot that was in a way. Some of it was bought through me.

Not sure what you are wanting to know about cost. RCV 4340 is $2295 and 300m is $2995 retail which isn't hard to not pay retail. GW drop out with spool, high pinion, 1480 billet yoke is solid 3k, on the very low side. I have Trail Gear housings.

An option to consider that I would run would be trail gear or ruffstuff housings, 9" drop out with load bolts, use the 05+ stock inner and outer knuckles (or reid super awesome stuff that's baller status with the 2.5 ton RCV rockwell 40 spline to match) with rcv's. Run the ford unit bearing, brakes, and on. Rear could be a spindle or UB set up for FF. If you did spindle rear you could get the weld on cup that Ruffstuff sales that allows you to bolt the rear spindles on so if they every bend or brake it's a matter of unbolt and then rebolt vs cut and weld. Ruff stuff will sale you a housing all trussed and skid for a good deal.

Fab housing using ford stuff would be light weight and strong. The way I went was due to haveing some knuckles that I couldn't sale so choose to use them.
