Based on website, you need a winch for anything past Class 1.  So, even with a Rubicon, looks like I'm restricted to Class 1 trails as well.

Not true at all.  Winch can be useful, but tow strap is very often easier and faster.  If you have someone ahead of you a little tug is all you need a lot of the time.

I was just going off of what is on this page:

http://www.morrismountainorv.com/parkinfo.html

Near the bottom where it talks about vehicle requirements.

To be honest, the moisture condition of the ground will determine the need for a winch or tow strap more than a single digit trail class separation (mud can make a trail go from doable when dry to impossible).  Don't stay away from the trip over concern, but be wise about what trails you select based on your vehicle and ground condition.

As Clark said, don't worry.

I remember my first trip to a park and seeing the pictures and videos before I went and I said no way!

The parts have easy roads throughout so everyone can get around.  You'll watch other guys do stuff and have a huge amount of help from this group.

Come on out and watch and get a feel, but I can tell you a Rubicon is very capable in stock form,
and extremely capable with a little lift and bigger tires for some clearance.

There are a lot of trails you can do. You'll be surprised.

Back when my brother in law still had his dealer tag on his Rubicon we were up in Tellico, in the dark, on Upper or Lower 2-forget which, & he was teetering on his belly skid on a rock bigger than his Jeep.

A Rubi can get you into trouble & then out of it too.

I'm with you on the stock rig bud, but if this place is anything like gulches was there were plenty of trails to ride with my stock Sahara.

Hopefully it won't be soaking wet. Looks like the threat of rain is slowly diminishing for this week. Down to 20% Wednesday and Saturday. I'm really looking forward to the ride!!!

Hoping to make this ride for a day trip, but not 100% yet.  *fingers crossed*

I am hoping to come play as well....just watching the weather. I enjoy Morris. A lot can be said for airing down and disconnecting. Some people with lockers still can't pick a line. Riding stock or lifted and open will teach you to pick a line, and if you get stuck we'll help get you out. Someone told my Wife on our 1st ride with GATR That it was ok if we busted something..."They make replacement parts."
