Brisket, whole packer
« on: December 23, 2016, 01:25:30 PM »
I called every grocery store in Marietta, Kennesaw, and Smyrna trying to find a whole packer.  I ended up going to Buford Highway farmers market and they had multiple of them.  It's Choice, and I paid $4.29 per pound, but I was able to get it...and I think they consistently stock it.

I'll cook it in the next few days and likely bring a chunk to AOP for those who venture out on New year's eve for Sam's break in fun run.

If I still lived on the west side I would still buy all my meat here. Brunswick Stew is tasty too.
