Nice job guys they all look amazing!
   All the times I've made pizza my favorite thing to use on the counter is corn meal and it leaves a nice taste on the crust not sure if the high temps of the egg would mess with it though. The crust comes off the counter well and the peel is real easy to slide under it when done because it seems to lift the crust a bit.

I used to make pizzas for a bar while in college. We always used cornmeal

I actually had the cornmeal out, but didn't use it. The parchment paper makes it really easy! Crust was perfect

Why not direct heat? Just wondering as I do mine that way and I don't burn the crust.
