Thanks. I cheat on the dough. I buy the dough from a local pizzeria, Allessio's. I'd like to make my own, but it's something new to learn and haven't had the motivation to tackle it yet.

I know its not fancy BGE stuff, but it is pizza over fire.. This was done in the dutch oven a few weeks ago when we had our lil road trip to the beach. Roll out dough from the can, it was ok, nice and crisp, way too thick, i double layered it thinking it would be ok lol. Pineapple, canadian bacon, green peppers, onion, and insanely too much cheese. Beth was passed out in the RTT sickly from the night before so there was no adult supervision. It was good, but that may have been the beers too.
