About 7 of these on the shelf at the flagship store Cumberland Parkway Home Depot - Clearance section endcap in the middle of the store.  Looks like they are moving to next yearís model.  This appears to be this yearís model. Bought one myself and itís badassery is even more than my two year old model.  Doubt they will be there long.

That's the one I have.  Sam too I think.  It is a freaking workhorse.  Best tool I own.

I saw a review/disassembly where the knock off China batteries were all around better & tons cheaper than the Milwaukee brand batteries.
