55-qt $97

ebates.com has 7% back on sporting goods at walmart, too, so I always try and go through another site (usually ebates & Upromise are the best) to get some extra cash.  If you want to sign up for ebates.com, feel free to use this link.  I get $, you get $.

I just bought one... was needing a larger cooler, so we'll see how she be.
Ok... I decided to look at the link since I'd like a new cooler (but we already have ebates)

Find the pics interesting. First, an actual comparison that spells out the testing parameters. Second, an actual pic of what "bear-proof" means (there are several other entertaining pics)

I'm surprised Wally World let them put Ozark Trail on there since it's at the bottom of the quality ratings and that's their brand??

I'm a little confused by the  products being compared &  if the pictured WalMart cooler is a different brand ( it looks to be ) from Wallyworld's or not but , for the Ozark to be bottom of the list must mean tht the others are incredible .
I bought the smaller of the two Ozarks for I needed new cooler for this years rides ;after 3days the stuff I left in it from Hale trip was still as cold as when packed. The ice blanket was still frozen.  It is heavy but fits as if designed for the JK Unlimited 60/40 rear seat split ( the 40% section behind driver) and is priced way cheaper than even Rtic or Orcas. And it is "bear rated" ( silly) ...just providing further consumer data on the subject.

All these overpriced coolers... just buy another bag of ice after a few days. You won't spend that much on ice for the price of a high dollar cooler in a lifetime.  //OLDSKOOL//
I've grown tired of this.

The only problem with that theory is how far do you have to go for that bag of ice?? Making said bag really expensive.

Point noted. I have an old steel cooler. Freeze 2 liters and put in before trips and it will last for days. I only have to buy 1 bag for a 3-4 day trip using block ice.

For y’all with newer rams. Smoking deal on amp steps. Kinda upset they’re not the right ones for my 2015.

Hey all
I frequently hit , as I'm sure many do, GenRight's closeout section and this month I noticed some updates in the form of affordable - if used - big ole tars like we all seem to be drawn towards. (https://genright.com/products/used-38-falken-sticky-off-road-tires-set-of-4.html)
It may turn out to be worthless but check-out some of what they have at the closeout section posted today:

Shipping has to be there biggest downside. Their products are top notch and the pricing is usually in line with their competitors, but the shipping is usually double...

Tires can be picked up at our shop in Simi Valley CA or flat rate shipped for $200 each.

Didn’t catch nor consider that, Danny. Good points .
Even GenRight closeout goods cost more than others, heh.
Yeah, that suddenly becomes cost prohibitive for any of us. My bad.
