I catch myself participating in spotting, even when I'm not the lead spotter, because I have a different view.  I try to remove myself from the equation when I realize I'm doing a no-no.

I prefer the spotter to use 80% hand signals, 10% head shaking, 5% yelling in english, and 5% 10th grade spanish (i.e., bueno; no bueno) - See Blue Wes for details  //LMAO//

I think it's more of a misunderstanding with a few.  They don't understand that there are people in the club that don't want to come off of the trail with dents in their rigs just to get through an obstacle.  I think the drivers need to speak up when they have a spotter they are not in sync with.

I really think I shouldn't have been there and the only better spotting would have been to convince me of that!
