Nice, Larry!

I've been doing a 16/8 intermittent fast pretty regularly since January.  I have no problems making it from 8p-noon and often will go another hour.  I haven't added any meaningful exercise and I'm down 24 pounds.

Same IF schedule, and I can get to lunch pretty easily.  I do have a cup of coffee with Stevia, and clearly my body has more "reserves" than yours does to rely on!  lmao  [flipoff4]

I've also been doing 16/8 IF 9-5 but may change my hours more in line with what you have.

I've also been doing 16/8 IF 9-5 but may change my hours more in line with what you have.

I've been accidentally doing this as well. I typically don't eat breakfast and supper is usually early for us so it's more like 6-12. I'm down about 30 pounds since winter but I attribute that to working on my jeep so much
