Anyone here do Crossfit?

I start a 6 week challenge on 10/16. So if I die on Tuesday it was nice knowing y'all!

The class is 15 men 50 and older.

Just be careful. I've known too many people that get hurt. Simple strength training and a disciplined diet is all you need..... Especially at your age.

X2.  I'm over my younger days of worrying about how much I can bench, etc. 

I try to watch what I eat and I look to get some form of cardio every day and over the last 6 months have been faithful about good old-fashioned push-ups every day - every little bit helps.
