No, I'm lazy. Will try from scratch another day. Publix dough, sauce, 5 cheese mix, 3 cheese Parmesan mix, pepperoni, mozzarella on top.  I've done 3 pizzas so far and all but the first one have been good but wanting to try to get my crust toward the middle a little more crisp.

Looks awesome!  Do you have any woodfire pizza restaurants around you? If so, try their dough if they'll sell it. I've been told that Mellow Mushroom's dough it really good, but the one by me won't sell it. I've been getting it from Alessio's and it's been great.
