Can someone explain this place a little? Ive always been under the impression that its one trail and if you cant make it past an obstacle then you have to turn around and youre done. Is that true or are there bypasses? Could a rig like mine make it through? skids, front locker, 35s, 2.5 lift, winch

It's an old road with several water crossings and a lot of rocks. I did it a few years ago in a JKU with 35s and no lockers. It's relatively easy, but awesome scenery. I did it on a rainy day and with a few trees were down from a nasty storm.

And I do mean "a lot of rocks". This is not a dirt road, and it is not maintained by any state entity.

I had heard some landowners were not happy with all the jeeps, running the Cove. Are these trails still legal?

From what I understand, the trail is still an actual road, so the landowners may own the surrounding land but it's still a state road (that's not maintained).

The road ends on all maps so i would not say it is a county road.

The are things there for bigger rigs too but there is always the road

Yes the trails we are taking are all legal. Our trail guides family has lived there since the beginning of time.

As for the trails, they are mostly mild with a lot of water crossings. There are really no big obstacles other than one short side trail and the cave opening. We will be trail riding and sight seeing all day. There are several caves that you can park and walk into. Very scenic for sure.

The last picture attached is the big caves entrance!!
