Do you have any body lift? because that is not included in the shock length since the shocks have no realationship with the body on TJs.

A body lift raises the body off the frame, and shocks travel from the axle to the frame. No height of body affects shock length.  So you need shocks for the height of your suspension lift only or they will be 2 inches too long
