Almost, but clean up is a lot easier. Instead of stirring, take it out gently and shake over trash can or wherever. Then it's easy to shop vac from the top if you want.

OK, the trash can part actually makes sense.  Their videos simply show them shaking it inside the Egg...

I've never seen the video. I saw it get a lot of positive attention on a FB page I follow.

The other thing I like is that it gives you more room to load it up. Still had more than half the basket after the 26hr cook.
