What's the intended use?

Edit:  house power outage, camping power, going off grid in your primary house, temporary 220v for a welded/plasma/air compressor, deer camp power?

3200 running watts is not a lot.
What are you planning to do with it?

Thread derail... Kent is on fire as of late. I applaud you good sir. As for the generator, always good to have but this one would be loud. If you want it for power outage than cool but not around a campground. I want to invest in one of those small quiet suckers that cost a fortune... but too rich for my blood. This is a good deal for backup power.
I've grown tired of this.

What's the decibel rating on the expensive "quiet" ones?

Honda EU series is between 49 and 60. Even the 7000.  Not a huge difference

Don't know the numbers but we have a honda here at work we use for shows and it is super quiet. You can have it next to the table and talk just fine over it. Definitely worth the money for that and portability. Does not weigh much at all.
