Aj let me know he saw whole packer brisket USDA PRIME at Costco in Cumming for 3.49/lb.  I may have to go for a trip soon.

Very nice.  Costco Perimeter seems to only have flats. I cooked one about 3 weeks ago and it was real tasty.

If it is sealed, I believe you will get excellent results.  But I would defrost in the refrigerator which would probably take a week.
