Just throwing this out there Chris .... rock bouncing like that on stock axles could easily result in bent tubes.  Be careful![/i]

First and probably last time that happens. Just got frustrated having such a hard time getting through GWT. I need some dry weather wheelin asap!!!!

^X2 You can say that again.

I can only dream of what that ride woulda been like had we not been slippin&slidin all day.

& @Big Dave , tell me about the risks of pretending you’re Tim Cameron but ya really only run  tiny , D44 OEM axle housing ; I’m pretty sure I know the reason I’ve got gear oil slow leakin out and onto both rear wheels after this trip.
 Is it possible to damage BOTH L&R races ,seals or bearings ( still gotta take off wheels and diag) on prepressed 4340 revolution rear shafts ?
 Seems like it...
 //no//

Big Dave:
I usually drive by brail. I have a rock skipper.

That big slab of square rock you can see in the video image of @Grass Janitor video is the one that ate a pizza crust sized section right off the rim guard of my cheapo rear drvr wheel,heh.
I wanna go back when totally dry. Hopefully , CfR will be dry this year.
