Last month, a press release for this year’s LA Auto Show mentioned the reveal of “a pickup truck from Jeep,” so we’ll know at the end of this month if the forum source is right about the name.

Either Scrambler or Gladiator or whatever, Jeep is going to sell so many of these things. They could have called it the Fumbler and people would still be lining up to trade their 2017 regular Wranglers in for it.
Thoughts?!

Doesn’t do anything for me. Just my opinion.

That’s actually not at all how it will look lol. Before I left the car business I got to see pictures of a final production version of those and it’s going to be a very very very segment changing vehicle. The midsize truck segment will be shaken up quite badly by the Gladiator. No other midsized truck offers solid front and rear axles and removal doors/top lol

Another fail at trying to cross 2 successes.
Not a good truck
Not a good jeep

They will sell a few like all the other recent jeep truck styles have.

That ain’t it. I’ve been following this pretty closely since the beginning of 2018. I was debating on waiting out or getting the JL....  I have no patience.

Anyways, the JT essentially looks like a JL with a bed. It is officially being revealed at the LA Auto Show on Nov. 28th and is expected to hit dealerships April 2019. Probably will have a composite bed like a Tacoma and aluminum everything else like the JLs. A lot is still speculation but we will know on the 28th.

This appears to be it. These photos appeared on an FCA site yesterday and were quickly removed.

I think its pretty cool and am pushing the wife to get one. A truck has been in the future plans for a while to replace my beat up Highlander. I'm not sure she'll let me have 2 Jeeps though and I won't sell the JK.

I like it.  I doubt I'll get one, but I think it looks ok.  I'd like to see it with the top off, though.
