Compact Discs
« on: February 06, 2018, 07:39:53 PM »
I ripped the hundreds of CDs I had years ago and they're all in my iTunes library. I have at least 3 backups of the library.

Are the CDs worth keeping? Any reason to keep them? What are you guys doing?

I play cds all the time. I think it’s whatever you get used too.

Mine sit in a cabinet, unused.  Don’t play them anymore.

iTunes
Pandora
Amazon Music
Spotify
Slacker

These are what I use.

School buses and XJs must still have cassette players... I can bring you a cd and show you what we're talking about

I was kidding. I still have mixed tapes recorded off of 95.5 da beat, & Sir Mix A Lot, Whodini, Kyper, MC Hammer, Snow, Metallica. I'm a mixed bag.

I still have a stereo my parents got for me for my graduation/Christmas back in 1992.

...didn't that bus come with a 8-track  with Three Dog Night stuck in it? Playin' "Jeremiah was a Bullfrog"?

Sheesh! I go back to 8 tracks! Keep 'em. Maybe someday they might be worth something like old vinyl. Never know!
I've grown tired of this.

I still have all my CDs.
Was going to get rid of them once, then thought against it. What if my server goes down and I lose everything..
So I kept them all.
