Picked up a Vaultek VT10i. Haven't seen one on sale, but happened to find a refurbished unit on their website which saved $50.
Pleasantly surprised with the biometric scanner, and the keypad is easy to use as well. Feels sturdy, and has lots of cool functions I may never use like tamper monitoring

I’ve seen prices anywhere from $170-$300. It comes with a key fob and card to unlock the Box or you can use a combo and/or your fingerprint. Plugs into the wall. I’ve got one in my bedroom and near the front of the house.
