Ive been putting off surgery for about 6 years. I get by, with Aleve, like you said proper lifting, rest, an inversion table, and lots of core exercises like planks, low weight squats, and dead lifts. I know you were asking about surgery, but im avoiding it until i have no other choice.
Agreed! Not doing another surgery because that would fuse L3 to S1 for me and that equals no twisting or touching my toes...which is pretty difficult anyway  //:'(//

I looked into that Danny and without insurance willing to
cover it....very expensive indeed. There is a gym in Canton
that has there own dr's and pyhiscal therapy that offer's it
