Maybe I can try and show Justin that

I'm interested in understanding more about Arizona, especially how to avoid 100+ degree wheeling.

I have no doubts Kevin, and wasnt throwing stones, you and I both wheeled pretty hard on D44s, but this years track record of 0 breakage just tells me there's a level of a rig that it takes to wheel and not worry (as much) out there at least. Its truly on another planet in terms of size, difficulty, and grip.

I have some buddies who did it about 10 years ago, they shipped their rigs out there and shipped them home. Get enough people together and cost should be similar to driving assuming you can drive your rig between trails

I didn't take it that way at all Justin.
Yes we've "rocked" it pretty good on 44's.
Actually used to the doubts especially
while making it thru Coyote Canyon
last year. I basically agree with you
but I don't see me going 8 lug anytime
before I get out the sport.

Last year on Carnage...it was the last day
and my patience was light while my foot
was heavy which led to my break.

This was one of the few reasons I didn’t make this trip. Kevin, you can get away with it in a 2dr with 37s, but I wasn’t comfortable going out there till I make the switch to 40+.
