2 trailer stake pocket d rings

Does anyone have any trailer stake pocket d rings they want to sell before I order some?  I'm looking for 2.

They need to be roughly 3.5" wide, 1.5" deep, and the top of the pin/crossbar hole needs to be at least 3" below the flat surface the d ring is attached too (shown in one of the pictures as 4-1/4"). 

WLL needs to be at least 4k lbs.
