Down to 264. Luckily I take my measurements along with weighing on the scale because the slow drop in weight would have made me want to give up. I have put on a little bit of muscle and dropped size around my gut.
I’m not a fan of the scale. I think it’s much more a function of how you feel and look in your own eyes.

Good job Larry. I hurt my elbow and my back and haven't been able to work out over a month and gained about 7 pounds. I need to get back into my routine.
