...I have been hell-bent determining if it's the R&P , diff or housing ,RCV /knuckle that is bent that I realized I hadn't leverage checked the darn 5 yr old balljoints:

that much vertical axleshaft movement could prolly cause a little bind-pop while locked

No that was 2016 and before i knew he couldn't drive. Just think how much better of a driver i'd be today if i had never followed all his bad lines.

From what I saw you are more than takin-care of any lines you chose these days , Sam .

When Steve made it most of the way there a low tree limb over the top that would have stopped anyone.  Plus it was a lot wetter then.
